In Hebrew symbology, the "seven" ordinarily indicates that the measure is complete, that there is a relatively perfect result, that there is a certain fullness.
Seven is the symbol of the spiritual dimension that surrounds matter, it is the inner content, without which the world cannot exist. Without that spiritual force it would be similar to the body without a soul.
The seven symbolizes the vital force, the seventh dimension, the one that without being seen makes existence possible.
Fermoselle has a very rich subsoil, a cultural heritage formed by a network of labyrinthine streets that has numerous hidden vestiges of the Spain of the Reconquest.

The winery occupies two rehabilitated mansions from 1857 adapted to the technical needs necessary for the production of the 10,000 bottles of Siete Peldaños.
